This does not include broken plastics, nor defects in the notebook caused by abuse or misuse.Typically, items covered include defective LCD, bad HDD, bad FDD, Bad Optical drive or bad network connections. Any problems relating to software will NOT be covered by us. This includes OS issues, application software issues and any problems with the notebook related to spyware, viruses or shareware. We will offer our customers a “depot” warranty. If in the 90 day warranty period, a defect is found, please ship the unit back to us prepaid. We will repair or replace the unit with and identical or similar product. We will ship back to the customer at our expense. We will not be liable for any lost data or general losses related to the use of our product. A 10 day complete satisfaction is in effect for all sales.
